Whether a student taking part in the Aboriginal Leadership Opportunity Year (ALOY) or as a student under the Regular Officer Training Plan (ROTP), all of these students receive a salary plus free tuition, plus dental, medical, books, and administrative and athletic fees are also covered at no cost to the student.
