BRESCIA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE

Brescia University College, an affiliate of Western University, is Canada’s only women’s university. Situated next to Western’s campus in London – a welcoming, safe community two hours west of Toronto – Brescia offers students all the advantages of a small campus along with full access to a larger university’s facilities.
Established as a Catholic college in 1919, Brescia welcomes students of all nationalities and religions. With an average class size of 25 students, Brescia provides women with unparalleled opportunities for academic and leadership development.
Brescia encourages its students to explore and practice leadership. To support student development, Brescia has committed to seven core competencies. These include: communication, critical thinking, inquiry and analysis, problem solving, self-awareness and development, social awareness and engagement, and valuing. All Brescia graduates will be able to demonstrate these competencies, and thereby be ready to choose leadership.
